nirvana shop has screwed me big time ?

i ordered 100 ak-48 seeds and 110 wonder womans,they waited a few days and told me they needed a scan of the credit card used to protect them from fraud,i said well its a family members so its kind of a hassle but i understand..so we got that taken care of,then 10 days later my seeds arrived,i thought wow that was fast shipping,till i opened the package…10 seeds!! out of a 210 seed order i got ten!! so i send there help desk a message and asked if i was gonna get 20 more packages,they said they were shocked that i was only sent 10 seeds,i said how are you shocked,you packed and mailed them,so its been a week since the first pack arrived and i havent recieved anymore seeds,i have sent 8 messages to them with no reply,the last one i told them i would just contact my credit card company and have them reverse the charges,anybody here have a clue as to whats going on with them or why they are ignoring me after i paid 500.00 for seeds,ive ordered from hemp depot and had no problems,shipping was alot slower but i got everything i paid for…thanks for any help

That side of the world is snowed in. I'd give it a day or two to open up again.

once you tell them you will reverse the charges, you might as well go ahead and do that because i doubt they will send any seeds if your not paying them .

I've never had a problem with Nirvana, although I've never ordered that quantity of seeds. It does seem somewhat cheap. Did they give you a quantity discount?

thats why you place a few smaller orders instead of placing one giant order..... that gives you an idea of how they run their business without finding out the hard way on a $500 order. you would be out a lot less money if customs catches a small order then them catching your one giant order.but fuck up's happen...and people forget about time zones and such...and dont forget your not their only customer...give them time and let them get things straight...no matter where you order from...seeds or not...issues do come up from time to time

From Nirvana's Site "Note: Our stealth shipping only allows for two seedpacks per shipment. If you ordered more than two seedpacks please be patient, the other part of your order will follow soon. "

I have ordered from them before, when they arrived some were crushed, I emailed them (and was not a dick about it) and a week later my replacements arrived with a few freebies to boot. ordering is still risky in the sense that your package does not just have to go through customs, but international travel as well, which can be sketchy as some postal carriers dont know how to read every language out there as well as a volley of other possible problems that can happen to packages when they change hands. You should never spend what you dont intend to loose. You want to keep it in smaller shipments, and pick your best plants and clone the shit out of them.

But as far as Nirvana ripping you off, I doubt it, just open a ticket and dont be a dick.
