u guys are gonna gang up on me all ron paul style thats pretty funny.... i didnt say they couldnt be saved i said theyre fucked up and they are ..... repot em add perlite to soil do something better for light and quit watering em u be ok.... probably need to read up on how to grow a plant 2 ........ but i wouldnt follow these guys grows ........seriously sixteen and eighteen days old and they got three leaves each the one is obviously choking ........u guys are the dicks

yes, you absolutely need more light. any little bit extra will help, even if it's a single cfl. at this stage in the game i would focus every bit of light i had on strictly overhead light and get it within a few inches of the tops of the plant. side lighting at this stage is not helping.
you have not mentioned whether you have fed the plant. it doesn't really look under or overfed, just stunted, although at 3 weeks in a seed starting soil you would expect to have to feed by now. but since the plant is stunted it hasn't been eating a whole lot anyway. more light is the first thing to do. once the plant takes off a little bit you can start to notice and focus on other things.

HMM I saw no roots coming from the bottom of the pots...repot? I saw a good mix of perlite, and I saw no sign of over-watering at all. Perhaps he could use more light but who could'nt? At 3 weeks are they supposed to have 9 extension leaves? If they were choking they would be a lot more discolored, the leaf edges would be curled, and they would likely need to be tied up on a support.
If you don't want your posts bombarded with rebuttals maybe you should make them a bit more thougtful. Instead of just saying to someone "Your plants are fucked up"

i saw dude complaing about his thread not getting any attention i clicked on the link told him they were fucked up clicked page one took a good look wondered y nobody had helped him rolled a joint clicked my threads and u guys done jumped my ass....... its obvious that they are in sad shape i figured even a new guy could tellyou didn't say anything but thats fucked up...should have just stated this in the first place .

So do Should i try to get more light? Im thinking about moving them from the box to my closet and hanging the lights from string directly above the plants so that i can raise it as they grow. And also putting the humidifier in there with all the fans and stuff. Would this be better?

You can always use more light, but if this is all you got great. T5's are great for veging and growing I have seen many small grows that make the big guys look like punks. More light = more $$ = more yield
What do you have planned for flower and how big a space?

Well I was planning to leave them in that box the whole time because they are both supossed to be short, but now im thinking about moving them to my closet and hanging all my lights right on top of them and then rising the lights as they grow. The closet is about 5 or 6 feet wide and about 8 tall and 3 deep. I would also put my humidifier in there with all the fans and stuff from the box. Because right now the plants have only one small light on top of them the rest are going down the side of them. I think this might have alot to do with the way they are growing but id like to know what some othe people think first.

Don't water so much, let the top of the soil dry out, too much water drowns the roots. Watering less often will make the roots grow and drive to the bottom, which is what you want at first. You should not be feeding them anything yet.
Get more light and make sure when you hang it it is secure! The more room the better.
Keep you humidity up there 60%+, the reason for this is that the Stomata which drives growth open and close depending on the RH (relative humidity) when RH drops so does plant growth. Here are some pics

okay thank you, ill def water alot less and i moved them from the box to the closet and hung the lights about an 1 and a half to two inches above the plants. The humidifier is in there its at 59% right now but it will probably go up a little.
