Nirvanas OG Kush??

Well I figured scince nirvana is a cornerstone in the internet info game" is there O.G Kush good?? it's been yrs scince I ordered from them.. they weren't bad genetics' I was just a newb at the time..

I wouldn't go to Nirvana for OG kush, too many breeders who specialize in OG are available. I'd recommend karma, cannarado or rare darkness.

CSI for pure og kush period. No one else compares or even offers the real deal, but Karma has some nice OG crosses. Nirvana is a Euro company and they tend to not care about genes. Guarantee you they just reversed a OG cross or crossed it out to a skunk and call it OGK.

I would not trust this at all. SFV OGK has no fruit? The fuck is he talking about? It is the best Lemon Thai flavor of the OG lines with incredibly pungent pine, gas, and kush funk. Not to mention it is a BX so it is a cross which is probably why the buds don't look like SFV in the pics advertised. He makes no mention of what he BX'd to.

Why anyone would buy this over straight OGK s1's you get from CSI is beyond me /shrug

Those people are hacks.... They were asked if they used a Cali Connection Male for their Bx5 and their response was "we got the Bx4 from a seed bank and crossed it to the SFV Clone and call it a Bx5" aka they have no idea what they really crossed it to... false advertising and acting like they put in some real work

Red flags for days. It just is what is folks when you see shit like this for sale move on. There is no legit OGK in seed form currently other than the TK S1's offered by CSI. No one else has been able to get enough viable pollen when reversing, period.

And don't go buying TK seeds if you are not a professional level grower. By that I mean if you can't maintain picture perfect plants on the regular you have no business throwing money at these genes. They are so fuckin finicky and hard to deal with in every growing process from reversing, germing, cloning, to veg, to flower they are nightmare plants for the vast majority of growers out there to keep alive. This is just a warning. I have been doing this for over 20 years now, never stopped, and I just shake my head when germing TK seeds or even a some of the OGK crosses that lean hard OGK. When cloning take 2 and 3 times the amount you normally would of your keeper. I can get them to root (even the hard to root ones) every time these days, but you will want to be looking for the best root sets to flower.

Despite the nightmare for most growers, it is dream pot.

Nirvana is irrelevant in 2020.

This is Adam, founder of Twenty20. I apologize for the response you got on IG. I was the person who answered you but I was not the person who deleted the comment. We didn't get a Bx4 from a seed bank. We got seeds from a cannabis co-op seed exchange in Laytonville back about 8-10 years ago. They were labeled SFVOG. We were already a fan of the SFVOG and were currently growing it. We wanted to preserve the genetics by back-crossing it with the SFV clone. We did this for multiple generations and continued to select the most gassy and most SFV-like phenos to save the seeds from and recross with the clone. The fact is, you guys are correct that this shouldn't technically be called SFVOG because it is a clone only and we did not self it. It is however, as close as we could possibly get it in regular form. For that reason, we plan to remove it from our menu and possibly re-release some S1's of the original SFV clones that we still have in our mother room. I hope this clears up any confusion you may have and again I apologize for the short answer I have you on IG.

You are correct about the lemon smell as I normally label that family of smells as "citrus" when I am classifying smells. I usually consider fruit smells to be pineapple, strawberry, mango, etc and usually label the citrus smells as such. As mentioned in my previous comment we will be removing the SFV from our menu soon along with the description. As far as the picture goes, it was grown by us in full sun and looks a lot like the full sun SFVOG we have been growing for years. It definitely takes on a different appearance indoors.

Doesnt afganistan make that berry taste? If soo some phenos should have somewhat of a berry taste maybe?? I think its all about Afgan, india, himmalayas.. kush vally’ then the lil twist of lemon thai.. i think its all about them 3 countries for OG man.. and the sour taste (not citris) is just a cross of somethen, its of unknown origin’ i think to really crack this code u gotta go strain hunten lol

I'm running the Twenty20 SFVOG at the moment and regardless of whether it's pure or not, it's been amazing to grow. A lot less finicky than other OG's I've ran and the buds swell nicely. The smell is very sharp, pinesol cleaner-like with some gassiness. Can't wait to try it. Say what you want but I think Adam is a great guy and breeder as you guys should be able to tell in his responses. Keep up the great work Adam and can't wait to try that T-Dub, which is on deck. I need something else beside caffeine as a pick me up! Haha. Thanks for the great genetics.
