Hey, guys, went and looked at my plant today for the first time in two days and noticed some discoloring of the leaves. I did a little research on here and the best answer I can come up with is nitrogen deficiency.
When i originally planted the plant, I dug a hole about two feet deep, and filled it with a mixture 21-7-14 potting mix, and planted my girl in that. That was about 7 weeks ago and the plant has been thriving since then. The only thing I've been doing is watering the plant, and occasionally pissing around it (trying to keep deer and other animals away.. not sure if that really works but thus far nothing has fucked with it).
I'm not trying to grow the best quality weed in the world. This grow was more of an experiment; it's basically just a test run for next year with the goal of getting some decent smokable weed that I plan to keep for myself. If I'm successful in that goal, next year I will really hunker down and try to get the best shit possible. This year I was really interested in seeing how the plant would grow left alone to nature's devices (except for the watering of course).
Anyways, I would sure love some advice on what I should do at this point. Please don't just say, add nitrogen, because obviously I could have figured that out myself. Instead I'm interested in what are good sources of nitrogen. In other words, are there common things around my house that I could use? I also have the funds to buy nutrients, so any specific brand recommendations would be appreciated. And if my problem isn't nitrogen deficiency, then what the hell is wrong with it and what should I do? Thanks for all the help, folks!
Note: if you need a closer look at the leaves, you can zoom in quite a bit by clicking on the enlarged thumbnails.
