ok I’ve just read the rest of the thread and see they are flowering.
Id give them a balanced veg feed (not bloom) at about 1/2 strength to see them through the stretch. They are gonna need that N more than ever now so don’t skimp out on it!

The nutes I’m using are from plagron..
I have a veg feed.. but I could also add a bit more ocean forest soil to the top before I water.. which method do you think would be more effective?

No I haven’t fed yet.. just plain PhD water from the tap <147ppms>.
Here’s some pictures for ya from two days ago.. she’s stretching out very nicely

Ah nice ive used them before
(Only the organic range): Seems like you were heavy on N to begin with. So what id do is mix 50:50 grow and bloom @ 1/2 strength and watch for progression. Always look at the next oldest leaf. It’ll take a couple days for the plant to slow down so don’t fret if it progresses a little. It should stop by a couple days.
Nice healthy new growth but she’s eating up that N so that’s why id
Go 50:50 now
