worms casting or compost. I would chose compost. its has everything you need and some added food.. unless you don't want added food then yes go with great white or organism xl

I would get spring water. Its normally the same price as distilled.

You can use distilled but you need to add cal/mag or something to it. It is void of minerals and can rob them from your plant.

I rotate calmag and Epsom salts every 2 weeks or I did when I ran distilled in dwc....now I use tap my city wter is great .and the high alkilinity works out wit the pH
buffering soil I like the cloramines they are my friend I don't use bennies although I'm sure it affects if not kills the bennies in my ff nutes but as I've said I can't argue with what's working for me thru trials of my own
