Nitrogen toxicity? & Had to tie plants down due to light burn, is it right?

Hi all, just have a few more questions concerning my autoflowering white widow girls. They grew a heap taller than I thought they would so I've had to tie them to the side of the pot as damage control as I have no more room in my tent to heighten the light and they just keep growing taller and burning bad, I felt like that was my only option as they are well in flower now. Have I done the right thing? First I only tied the main cola but then the others around grew taller and are too close to light so I've had to tie the whole lot basically. Is there something else I should have done? Also I think they possibly have nitrogen toxicity, I have been lowering the amounts of N until I'm just using bloom nutes which has none at all. Didn't want to shock them by just switching to none all at once but maybe that was the wrong thing to do? The newer growth is clawing downward and has dark green tips the older growth has burnt looking tips & seem sick (the very top of the plants were burnt as from the light but there's burnt tips much lower also.) They started getting white powdery spots on the leaves about 5 days ago which I thought straight away was powdery mildew from the high humidity that I can not seem to get down even with a dehumidifier so I treated for that but then I found one red spider mite yesterday which also leave little white spots on leaves so I'm a bit confused now on which it is. There's small holes in some leaves, I'm thinking of just treating with both fungicide & miticide (eco) just to be sure but I have no idea if the other symptoms are connected to the mildew/mites or something else entirely. Some of the stems towards the top of the plants are purple as well. If you need to know which nutes I'm using professor's original nutrients A&B which I was told could be used for the whole grow but then read that it's actually supposed to be used on top of either grow or bloom nutes to reach the right EC so I got the bloom nutes and started using both which went really well at first but then problems arose, the A&B worked good for veg but now in bloom I think the nitrogen is too high, the npk is 22.6 - 6.1 - 29.5. The bloom nute npk is 0 - 10 - 8.7. Any input would be very appreciated, thanks very much.
