Nitrogen Toxicity? Help needed diagnosing

This is my first post hopefully someone can help me with a quick response. I'll upload photos and let you guys see how my females coming along. I'm growing in coco with led lights and using just flowering nutes. It's currently 4 weeks in from the 12/12 flip .

I'll upload another one .... I knew this already however thought because it was the canoeing aspect ,it might just be as simple as looking at the shape I'll upload anotother one now .
 
Yeah they have an overabundance of N. Just water only next 2-3 times then start nutes back up slowly at about 50% of what youve been giving them
