I know for a fact I have given too much N, leaves are dark green. I was about to flower but I don't want to will it's stressed. How can I fix this problem ASAP? Can it hermie in veg because of this. These last week has been most stress on my plants ever...

Just back off the nutes for a week or so....how are the temps in there? It's hard to say if it will herm, stress never helps

It should be fine, just cut back on the N. I would flower it as normal if that's what you were going to do. I would expect extra stretch from all that nitrogen, not hermie issues. I give plants that I want to stretch some calcium nitrate the first 2 weeks of bloom.

How does calcium nitrate benefit in bloom? My bad just read it carefully, having a bad day out of it....

Just flush with water for at least 4 5 days before going to flower stage or you will be in trouble get some nutes with just potassium and phosphorus n just use it for a while before going back to a Nute with small amounts of nitrogen, you don't want nitrogen abundance going Into flowering coz it'll just slow u right down, doubt you have caused enough stress for them to go herm, get some seasol (seaweed stress tonic, not fertilizer) or whatever it may be called in your country and give it a folliar spray with a light dilution that will help heaps with stress

My plants haven't really had stress my grow except for the one nute feed that gave too much nitrogen, will I be okay after flush since I started flower, I am really paranoid about hermies

I have a lot of white hairs bursting through, so far so good I do have some primordial flowers still that are making me sketchy it's only been a day of flower

White widow fems, 400 watt hps, 3 gal prune pots, ocean forest, flora nova grow 1 teaspoon/gal
1 tsp a gal is kinda heavy with the floranova. I never go above 4tsp/per 5 gallons-and that's with much bigger plants late in veg. I never take the floranova bloom over 1tsp/gal. and when I run the Koolbloom with it I drop it down to 3-4tsp/gal. You can flush, but I don't think you have to. Just lower the feed, and since your in flower you should be hitting with with the bloom which has much less nitrogen. Don't be paranoid about hermies, it's something that happens when you grow. Flushing shouldn't cause a hermie, and while your plants look like they have a little too much N, it's not the end of the world. Run a little bit of water through her, then start with your bloom at no more then 1/2tsp/gal until you see the problem improve.

What is your feed schedule? Wet/dry cycles alternating feed/water/feed?

I water with spring, that was first nute feed 2 weeks ago, I water every 2-3 days but no nutes ATM going to wait till week 2 for phosphorus feed because I don't think they need nutes, I am trying to be extremely stress free on my plants right now, they already have pistils coming out :) but I am going to flush at least the next two waterings just to get rid of excess grow nutes
