I lean more towards it being calcium too. Been googling. Not running any cal/mag as usually don't have any issues tbh. I have once had to use Epsom salts as a spray a plant. Apart from that most of the time I grow just fine.
What brand of cal/mag is the best? I am in coco. Do I just spray the plants with the product?
I am hoping the flush with low nutes sees new growth without curled leaves as they are so ugly to look at. Would feel better than about just tackling the calcium deficiency. Hope they start looking better soon.

Thats not Cal because its on the lower leafs.
Its also intervainal clorosis.
The rusty lower leafs is a Phosphorus deficiency, the intervenial clorosis is a magnesium deficiency.
Cal would show on new growth

For calmag supplement, I like CALiMAGic ran at 5ml/g.
Epson salts would be a good foilar feed since this looks like a Mg deficiency. (Not calcium, which Epson salts would not help with)

It is not just pure P or Mg deficiency. So when it comes to multiple deficiency (in this case P and Mg) you need to think about what these TWO have in common as source of issue. Both are being locked out in low pH, so I would start there. About that calcium... It does not need to be shown only on the new growth, can be also on the fan leaves which are getting premium light.

Sulphur deficiency has clawing tips but is also coupled with lime green centre of new growth.
But that’s most likely N tox but there’s vary degrees of toxicity. You Ain’t that toxic and the plant will do just fine!

The ph pen is basically brand new, I have calibrated it as well though when I watered with a lower feed and plenty of run off. Just to be sure it was on point. I'm thinking the N toxicity has caused the deficiencies?

So should I use cal mag or Epsom salts seeing as you feel its an MG deficiency with also a P deficiency. Plants are ugly as fuck I know that much lol . How long you think till new growth comes and is all looking normal? I have some Epsom salts here already.

Ea strain is different ,your in coco so the calmag deficiency is normal.Epsom is best foiler feed.1/2 gram a gallon.

calmag is for the coco not the plant , your coco is probably off-balance aswell, google " cation exchange capacity and coco "

Reading this tells me your not quite grasping the technique for growing in coco.Spend some time in the coco section, all the answers are there.

I've only ever grown in coco and usually not very far off from gpw. Not saying that to be cocky but just that I'm fine with coco. I don't ever usually run into problems. I have been told to spray a strain with Epsom salts before and done that n everything was fine.
I get now I am seeing deficiencies because of the nitrogen toxicity. I just wanna know exactly what deficiency so can read up on treating that. Some have said P and others have said cal. Then seen someone say P and Mg. I have basically flushed the coco with a light feed with a correct ph. That I hope will deal with the N toxicity and be sure the coco has a good balance. Now just wanna know what deficiencies I exactly have to get on treating them.
Hope my post doesn't sound rude or bad attitude. Just proper want this fixed. Honestly wasn't even long ago I was looking at happy perky plants. Depressing how fast they've changed into ugly bitches lol

Tap water and using canna coco nutes. I made a mistake of giving these cuts too much water when young. Pots stayed wet bit too long and they got hungry. I really pushed their feed in the hope to get them green asap. Well it worked, a little too well lol . I know where I went wrong and caused the problem for sure.

as long as you fix the N tox before flower it will have no effect on final product
