Nitrogen Toxicity?

Hey peeps, it's been a long time. I have some Girl Scout Cookies that look pretty sad. They're on FFOF soil. I haven't fed them anything, expect for water. Is the soil too strong for them? Or what's going on? Overwatering? BTW, new growth seems to not be affected. Take a look...

Dude I have a bunch of plants in ffof mixed with a lil Happy frog and some perlite, I'm 18 days into flower after a month of vegg and still cant really feed them, I tried a couple times at 1/4 strength and every time I do the look like they get nitrogen tox, oh and I definitely had a nitrogen toxicity in the early stages. But with ph'ed water they look amazing

YUP! I started with ffof the first two years I started growing. Then switched up to roots organics and I was pretty happy with the switch.
