Bra-less titties? For the most part inappropriate but there is a fine line. Women with smaller breast may get away with but not in a really thin shirt where nipples are popping out. A lot of women will go w/o a bra when wearing tanks b/c they don't like the bra strap showing, others don't wear a bra b/c they have low self esteem and need attention any way they can get it.

Is going bra-less with nipples popping more inappropriate than cleavage?
Cleavage is totally more acceptable among Men and Women.... women love pushing those puppies up!
The bra-less look with nipples showing may only be inappropriate in the US where you can expose the entire breast except the nipple on TV, so it has become taboo. But in Europe, if I'm not mistaken nudity is very acceptable and even on regular television.

It's okay, just as long as it's on a cold day so the nipples poke through. I love that.

Im european but from the uk and no pretty much the same here regarding nipples. staged sex on tv past 9:00pm is fairly common, in dramas or whatever, but still no nipples. but my spanish compadres might have different views on nudity as its much hotter out there lol

I'm gonna say race, breast size and maybe even age could all determine shape and colour

Also just to add that i hate bras unless it's worn for "naughty time" because i'm smaller i prefer sport bras or none. Most tank tops have built in bras which is awesome, someone did mention bra straps, lord i hate seeing staps and tags lol But again it depends on the type of body u have, i can get away with it because i don't have much to spill out lol, but not everyone women can rock this look and not seem sloppy or trampy.

If it looks like two puppies playing under a blanket, probably not. If it looks like you're smuggling firm fruit, it is fine.
