No Buds at end of week 4 (help!)

Its been exactly 4 weeks since i flipped to 12/12 and there are still no buds just white hairs. It took 16 days from flip for any white hairs to show (it was mature b4 flip)
The strain is skunk#1 which is supposed to be an 8 week flower. With 4 weeks left to go does this seem normal?
I have grown #1 in past and never seen this.
Thanks in advance

Looks like its a couple weeks into flower. Probably something like 6 to 8 weeks to go.
It looks good
Thanks for taking time to reply. I'm probably just being overly worried but normally by now its starting to pack on some buds and I'm normally wrapped up by day 56-60 and today is day 28 and all i see is just damn fluffy hairs!

I'm guessing its sativa heavy this pheno?

Looks fine. Ignore the 8 weeks on the pack... thats marketing bull. Most plants take 10 weeks

I think whats thrown me off is my last run, the plant literally threw out hairs 24 hours after flip. This one was being stubborn. Since i have taken the photo above she seems to be full steam ahead now :)

I just popped an Sk#1 and an Afghan Kush, teensy little things they are, what does it smell like in general and on rubbing the stem?

This SK#1 is very early in flower but it smells dank fruity at the moment. Last two phenotypes of sk#1 i had smelled of heavy skunky cheese. All the phenos are really nice and i must say i love this strain. Always a good result :)

Edit: I am growing sensi seed sk#1, i have no experience with the other breeders
