Truthfully, due to a court decision..
ANYONE WHO IS SICK IN CANNADA CAN TREAT THEMSELVES ANY WAY THEY WISH WHEN IT COMES TO MMJ.

GB123 you know a lot about weed. The law is an entirely different matter.
I have discussed this with my lawyer and if you don't have a license, sick or not, a few plants is a slap on the wrist. Possibly do community service and not even get it on your record.
He told me I could get away with one plant before I had my license since drs here wouldn't sign for under 25.
Thank god I have authorization for 20, 25 with my new papers. No more anxiety about a criminal record (I would lose my job potentially).
I'm going to believe my lawyer bud who's one of the top lawyers in the country

I said if you had a doctors OK and were sick...to grow...and nothing will happen.

truth is..if you didnt wait and you knew you were sick and had not got that permission yet...waiting is a moot point seeing as its only a matter of time until you get an OK to save ones life!

Maybe the guy getting 15 days in jail thought that too... to me that would have to be a personal choice... last resort .. otherwise get the script

But you said to do it outside of the system. Why would a dr risk disciplinary action for authorizing outside of the proper frame work?
Ie, you still need to do acmpr if you're not covered under the injunction
