I haven't been to a doctor in many years. I don't trust them, I don't like them and I don't feel a need to share any personal information with them. I DO have a right to treat myself without interference from the medical community....it's called autonomy...the most fundamental of our rights. For now I'm covered by the mmar injunction, but if that changes, I am still growing my garden and using my medicine and I'm not asking anyone for permission. Health Canada says it is not a medicine, doctors claim they know nothing about it, yet I'm expected to seek advice and permission from them? Fuck that.
Only leaves the sad reality that some are not sick but choose to suck off the rest of us.
Some people know how to stand on their feet for themselves and it is why we are at the place we are today..Legalizing MJ..

Freeman defence? Is that what you call our charter of rights? But thanks for your permission, boss. I really don't give a flying fuck what the judge thinks of it, he/she must rule in accordance with the Charter. I have a right to treat myself...that is non-negotiable...and with cannabis becoming a legal product I don't see much likelyhood of conviction for growing over the rec limit for medical use. I have zero concerns.

It's way more likely if you're physically dying, like cancer, to get an exception
As opposed to mentally dying like me , where the average person thinks it's just substance abuse.
It all depends on the judge. If you get an asshole judge and you're not following protocol he may throw the book at you
