Follow the recipe exactly and they come on perfect everytime. The secret is instant vanilla pudding mix, don't actually make pudding out of it just use the dry powder. It acts as a natural preservative and keeps them good for weeks without getting all hard and gross. This recipe is amazing for just normal cookies haha I bring them into work all the time people love them.
2 1\4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cannabutter softened
2 tsp EACH baking powder and baking soda
1\2 tsp salt
1(3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding(unprepared)
2 eggs
1 tbls vanilla extract
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350. Sift flour and baking soda/powder, set aside. You want to sift them because the flour and baking soda/powder sometimes have bigass chunks in them so you want to break those up.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets
3. Bake about 12 min, they won't look quite done when they come out but give them 10 min and they will harden up. This recipe makes about 20-40 depending on how big you make them. It's also super easy to double if you want to make a ton of cookies.
If you're making multiple batches with only a couple trays make sure you cool off the trays with running water or something between batches. If you don't the cookies will actually melt and flatten out a lot because of all the butter in them lol you want the trays cold when they go into the hot oven.
