The Australian government wants to collect every Australians internet history for 2 years to help crime prevention.

With that said, does this mean i should stop using RollItUp?

The US govt is going to start monitoring ours next year. Tor browser for all of your illicit material. Go ahead and DL it now so there wont be any problemsin the future
 
and then make linux OS on a flash drive and download it there too. seriously learn all you can about comps as much as they are a weapon for for the gov and companies they can be a shield as well.
 
When this happens I'll only be using OTHERS computers to do my searching.........maybe the library too.

Seriously though I'm not down with govt putting their hands in my Internet.

But on the other hand they could catch some serious potential criminals this way...But then it's a slippery slope to using it to bust growers on forums.

Very polarizing.

^^^^ for both you and your quote dude, they have to change the laws in order to catch anyone using the net. most laws are outdated and cant be used to get people on the internet. FDD doesnt count thats a tangible asset

I'm not worried about looking for information and talking.
Its more about not being able to post pictures in grow journals.
That sort of thing....
 
Even if they do you have to doing some pretty stupid shit for them to even look twice at you. Any info I've ever put here was copied and pasted. Prove it wasn't.

They need a warrant to do it officially. But the thought that the have the capacity, and aren't exploiting the bejeezus out of it ... seems unlikely to me. Figure they listen. Be uninteresting, like me. cn
