No pollen in my sacs

So i sprayed with CS like I a supposed to. I got a bunch of good looking pollen sacs on the lower and upper part of the female. I waited until they started opening and cut some clusters off, put some long rice in a box on top of some tin foil and folded parchment paper and put the sacs on top of that., put them in a sealed Tupperware bowel with a desiccant color changing pouch in the bowl and checked them out after 2 days. I can't see any pollen??
The sacs on the upper half of the plant look bigger, may be seeds??
Anyone help?

You should leave the flowers on the plant and bag the thing to collect as much of the pollen as possible, or if there’s any of the plant left, you can cut a branch off and put it into a glass of water with some paper under it and collect the pollen that way

Lol, the sacks should have been open flowers for there to be pollen, closed sack no pollen viable at least. Flowers need to open and allow pollen to fall out freely. So in short, you should have left them longer to do there thing.
is that the only plant treated with CS or do you have others?
also, is there any of the plant left or is that it?

So I cut a new cluster and stuck the stem into a vial of water (small). The only room i have at control temp is my grow tent. I stuck the vial into some soil just to hold it up and wrapped the bottom with parchment paper. That's an 8x8x8" box to block off any air flow.

I started spraying my aucopuco gold with cs again after stopping for 2 weeks. It has pollen sacs all over it but i wasn't getting any pollen. Think it will start making any pollen?

You're not getting a good reversal. I see pistils and nanners. A good reversal looks just like a male plant. You might get a few male parts but sterile pollen if any. Or you could get some good pollen but not much. You don't want any female parts like your plant.

Where did you get the CS? Have you thought about using STS? It only requires a few sprays to be successful.

A good reversal looks like these plants. Even a seasoned grower wouldn't know they were reversed females unless told. They would think they were males. You can see how they're dropping pollen. These only required a few sprays of STS I mixed myself. It works every time. Well at least for me. Some still struggle with the process. But these were females treated with STS and show no female parts at all.

When did you start spraying these, like right before flower? and how often, everyday until you get sacs? I'm definitely going to try and get some STS
Thanks
