I was all for going back to a DWC grow next, but my current organic soil grow has taught me a lot, as has all the reading I have been doing.
So now I'm considering doing a no-till grow next.
I am proud of my almost four-year-old living soil, and while I still have around 8 weeks left of my current grow, I thought I could start prepping now and work on boosting my soil life.
This is what I'm looking at doing the grow in.
It will fit in my 3x3 tent nicely.
Questions, should I start with the soil in it (the tub ^) now? Should I start the cover crop well before I put the plant in it?
What would be recommended as the best cover crop for a begginer?
What I was thinking, was to start boosting my soil now, then once my tent is free I will move it in and plant the cover crop and wait a couple more weeks before planting two clones.
I want to try and keep costs down, with the only purchases being Mycorrhizal Fungi Inoculant, and maybe a tub of red wrigglers.
I think my plan is workable but would love some advice (mostly around timeframes, when to do what)
