No white pistils yet

i have 12 plants growing at the minute,they have been on 12/12 for just over a week now but there are no white pistils developing yet and i havn't noticed any pollen sacks either.is it too early yet? i cant post any pics at the minute.

Wait for 2-3 minutes and they will show.
