****nodes wtf? Please help ***

Alright im new to this so i just wana no if ne one can show me "nodes o r explain it real well to me.im looking to top my plant and evry1 says to do it when you have so many nodes??? Idk exactly whathey are.my plants are three weeks from germination .

The nodes are basically where new branches form. You want to wait till the nodes, or branches alternate, meaning two going one way, two going the other way, on each side of the main stalk. Check the sticky threads for any terms you may be unfamiliar with for more clarification.

i dont plan on topping cus it all depends on you if you read thru the uncle ben topping tech you can see what you can do with topping and it also depends if you have a height restriction or not
