non hippie glass?

I only see a couple companies online making what I would call scientific looking glass. hitman for instance. Most stuff at the head shops and here on the forums is what I would call dirty hippie glass. no offense.
I'm not into the colors and blob shapes and faces and aliens and cats and monsters. I like the sleek looking clear, easy to clean glass.
any suggestions? I'd prefer a board member but after spending a little time in the gallery its all hippie glass.

I dont like worked glass as much as others but it is nice to look at now and then , as I too would rather have unworked glass and only keep such ..

yea thats my style. Honestly I've only been smoking Roor for the last 10 or 15 years. I dont smoke bowls or those mini bubbler fill your mouth with bong water things. I just started dabbing with an oil rig and its more fruity than id like.

Have you had to clean that thing yet? I like my straight piped bongs for that reason.

unworked glass is what I should be searching for then I guess.

is that something a normal glass person CAN do? Or are all these bumpy things like that out of not being able to make them smooth and clean looking? So add colors and go crazy instead? Are the unworked made with poured molds or something? I do see how you would blow a perfect tube like that?
scientific glass its called as well.

I actually would like to have some glass things made (not for pot smoking) but the scientfic is outragous to get custom. I wonder if a normal blower at the pot rally could hook me up.

Roor is my all time fav but I only have one piece . I have some Pure- Beaker style bongs as well and they are fine for the price but they dont compare to the Roor
I have cleaned this Rig enough to probably contain a half gram of reclaim but I dont bother with trying to use it .. Its easier to add table salt and ISO and then I just shake the rig a bit and its clean .. PotSnob

ALT has a whole giant section for Scientific glass as do most sites.

*And we prefer the term Heady, not dirty old hippie hahaha. jk

Nah, don't think... That's why I abbreviated.

I have a simple Zob bubbler thats "scientific". It's the disc/ ufo perc curved neck one

Always loved McFinns designs, not too pricy, either, although they aren't as simple and clean as you may be looking for. The Activated carbon is an interesting addition, I have tried it, and although I have no idea how it may effect THC content of the smoke it certainly improves flavor and makes the smoke less harsh. It can be used without it though...
