Noob advice needed from some experienced growers....

this is my nearly 5 week old short rider. it was on 24/0 for the first 3 weeks, then 18/6 for the fourth week. i recently switched to 12/12 because it slowed growth and didn't show signs of preflower. 2 days after switching to 12/12 she's grown nearly 3 inches and shot it's first set of preflowers at the top node. my concern is the bottom 2 leaves are progressively dieing off and has been that way before the first feeding so it's not nute burn. any advice??? thanks guys...

That's normal. You can go ahead and cut them off if it's bothering you.

ahh. i see. yeah, i knew that the embryo leaves were going to die off which they did a week ago, but i wasn't sure about the second set. i was concerned if it was going to travel up. she looks good though. so just needed a piece of mind! preciate it fellas...

Dont worry those leaves will be long gone in a couple of weeks anyways. Those bottom leaves never make it so continue on and dont let it distract you.
