My plant is also 2 weeks old but looks small compared to yours... I'm not sure how to fix it

Hey dude, im no pro but for one it looks like youre overwatering, let the soil dry out for a few days.. now tell me what lights are using? What soil? Are you using nutrients? Tell me everything you can and ill try and help you out as it does look a little small but its not bad and cannabis plants can change alot in just a couple of days with rapid growth..

I didn't do enough research when I planted my little girl and planted her in miracle grow. I haven't added any nutrients yet since the soil had slow release nutrients. I've bought a new medium for when I transplant. I have her under 2 23w cfls and keep her at 23*c on a18/6 cycle. And this is the first time I water her that much... I read that leaving a 5% overflow every 2 weeks is good for seedlings so I tried it once. I won't be adding any extra nutes until I transplant.

She does look a little hungry if im honest, shes not stretching so theres definatly enough light, now i use coco coir so i use nutes right from the start, but i do recall reading that nutes in soil mediums feed the plants for upto 2 weeks so i think she might need some vegative nutes, maybe a bit of root stim, have you got any nutes in mind? With her been small im not sure wether she'll have a strong enough root ball yet, you could always add a small dose of nute water, not so much that the soils to wet just 50mls of a quarter strenghth nute mix to see if she perks up abit then slowly increase the strength.. im pretty sure she would perk up with some nutes

Even in my coir I don't have to use nutes from the start, the cotyledons have enough nutrients for the plant for the first two weeks of life.
Those are overwatered. Take the automatic system out. In that big of a container you really won't need to water much. Depending on your temps probably once every week or less even. I have two seedlings in 5 gallon pots and I haven't watered them for three weeks now and they're still not dry but my temps are 70-75 constantly and I use a t5 8 bulb.
Miracle grow soil is very hot, I wouldn't recommend feeding at all yet. Your plants cotyledons are also still bright green. it's also stretching for light so you should drop that light closer.
CFLs should be inches away from the plant.

Not 1 week ago me and another forum member did an experiment in coco,.a light ec nute mix vs just ph adjusted water and. 4 seedlings and both the light ec fed seedlings did better not just with mine but the other forum member, the ones that had just water in coco didnt grow as fast or as good, ive still got them now but both on the same strength yet there still not doing as well..its on one of my posts, the guy did say he'd only watered the soil like that once, before that he didnt water much, ive seen overwatered plants and there usually alot darker than that.. also miracle grow may lack in certain nutes, i wouldn't use it for growing weed.
