Noob in need of lighting advice

I'm currently trying to get everything to setup a 4x4 grow space in a 5x5 tent. I'm thinking of getting a 600 Watt Cree CXB3590 4'x4' Framework. http://timbergrowlights.com/600-watt-cree-cxb3590-4x4-framework/ My question is what color temperature do I need for a veg/bloom setup? The options are color temperature 3,000 / 3,5000 / 4,000 / 5,000.

Looking at the kits and considering time and material and my lack of LED experience seems like a deal. Maybe $300 ish for assembly and i'm ok with that.

I'm guessing 3,500 is the best option for veg/bloom please correct me if i'm wrong

3500K for the Crees. I asked the same Q a month ago.

If you run strains that stretch but you lack headroom 4000k to 3500k. If the strains you run are very bushy and you want some stretch, 3500k to 2700k. 4000k vs HPS on an OG- there was about an 8" step where the HPS tray started.
