Noob mistake

Rare Darkness seedling on it's 2nd week. One of the leaves were ripped off (My fault, noob can't keep his hands off). This happened about 6 days ago. If you look at the picture, You see one larger leaf and 2 smaller ones that recently grew. Those are all crispy feeling but the plant is still producing new leaves. I guess what I'm trying to figure out is did I destroy this plant?
It is under 2 CFL bulbs, room Temp around 70 degrees, in FF ocean forest, watered with bottle water every other day.
Any advice would be great and thank you.

bottled water may have its minerals stripped out

top up with a pinch of calmag each 2nd-3rd watering

on the pic seems to be some serious mutating going on

hope you have more seeds

also ensure you have a cool and warm white

a cfl bulb of each for correct growth

next potup mix in some 25% perlite to that ffof

lift pot think!!!

then decide to water or not

Thanks for the quick response. I'm going to mix up more perlite in the next pot. I will pick up a bottle of CAL mag, Unfortunately that was the only rare darkness seed I had because it came as a FREEBIE with my night terror OG seeds. I'm just gonna let it grow and see what happens. Soon the rest of them including this one well be under a LED and in a tent.

Also i will say for next time don't use ffof for new sprouts., It's to hot for seedlings., Better use Happy frog for tender seedlings and ffof., After she gets stablish. Gl

Yes, she is the rare dankness I hurt, I think it is a mutant version. Gonna see what happens, more because I'm curious
