This is GSC day 15 spots have been getting worse over 3 days it seems soil is FFOF and HF 50/50 with perlite had a light water 2 days ago just water ph around 6 and like 250ppm calmag other then that it has got no nutes what is causing this some leaves seem to have an extreme curl down to them

I am watching, hoping someone could either confirm or deny my thoughts.

It looks like magnesium def. But is you aren't giving any nutes I would think it needs some. Whatever the deficiency is a assume a light nute dose would help.

ya I have gave nothing but very mild cal mag twice since its been up was not planning on feeding veg nutes so soon being in ffof and its an autoflower

Nitrogen toxicity and/or nute burn take a look here:

FFOF is very hot, mixing it with FFHF is a good idea. However, without buffering with some perlite and/or dolomite lime AND carefully checking a stable and balanced ph can and will cause problems.

BTW, at 15 days old in that medium...I would not give any additional feeding for at least another week. And even then starting at 1/4 strength and then building by a 1/4 every other feeding.

ya was kinda leaning towards the hot soil after reading up on FF. I guess the ww is just holding up batter to it. I did add perlite no lime though is there anything I can do to correct it or just let it run its course?

Do some more research and check facts. Do not take mine or anyone else's opinion and just run with it. You can add dolomite by using powdered lime and mixing in when watering. BUT, again I highly suggest reading and researching. The best thing about soil growing is that it is very forgiving and allows for time to diagnose and correct issues before unrecoverable damage is done.

thanks for the links very helpful. would a light flush clear out any of the nutes in the soil? or would you just let it run its course
