Noob personal medi-grow ventilation help needed...

I have a DR240W with a 8-tube T5 fluorescent fixture. My plan is to divide the tent to veg in one side and flower in the other, or leave it open as one big tent if I can't control the temp issue. I am trying to dial in on the temp/humidity issue I am currently having. I generally have temps between 80-86 with just 4 tubes lit. The humidity is usually between 35-50. I have a 6 inch Hydrofarm In-line fan and a 8 inch SunLeaves Duct fan. I would like to eventually use my 400 hps, but fear it will be to hot if I can't control the T5's. Any advice to assist with proper ventilation would be greatly appreciated. Here is a pic of the family also. I am proud and amazed all at once. I had no idea I had the ability to grow... They are all blueberry in hempy buckets/cups except the one in the right corner, she is a white widow (her name is Willow). She is special. She came from an abused home, I took her in.

Attach some ducting to the exhaust fan and hang it down near the T5, so you're taking the heat away straight from the source.

what are the temps in the room the tent's in? about the best you can do with ventilation is plus 5 degrees f compared to ambient temps.

is your exhaust fan at the top of the tent and the input at the bottom? how many cfm's for how many cubic feet?

You need to have a small fan running 7/24 somewhere in your box just to move the air around in the box. If it blows gently on your plants that is even better. If you get the air moving it will even out the temperature/ humity and help move new CO2 to the plants, and make them stronger and happy.

I had a heat issue with 4 48" T5's I use for veg I mounted them to a board and the tops were getting too hot, so I went to homedepot and bought a chrome ceiling light grid like the ones in offices and used nylon tie straps to attach the lights. It workes great lets heat escape up. Life is good. Don't forget the fan 7/24 small and gentel like a light summer breeze.
