Noob Problems - First Grow Journal - Flowering Week 2

Hi there. I've got 3 plants growing now each about 10 days into flowering. From left to right in Figure 1.0 I have a Lady Plushberry, Lady Lemon Haze, and Lady GDP.
A week ago they were all in trouble - chlorosis for days and necrosis all over. I haven't once paid attention to my soil pH because the 6 dollar stick pH meter (the only one my local Home Depot seemed to carry) constantly gave me a solid 7. Well I just tested it in a supersaturated solution of micracle grow and it still read, guess what, 7. I tested it in supersaturated koolaid power and it tested 7. I added soil to both those solutions, tested em, got 7. Its safe to say if this meter were weed I would not smoke it.
During vegging I delt with choloris and tested the soil with lithmus. The soil was about 8.5, so I flushed it and started watering with miracle grow (at reduced concentrations compared to the recommended specs). This seemed to fix the problem in veg but I don't want to put my girls through all that again at this stage.
My idea is to make a gallon of kool-aid (minus the sugar of course) and dilute that down to a concentration that will counter my ph problem. Does that sound like a good idea to you guys or might it do more harm?

Figure 1.0 (left) Shows the whole grow. The small plant in the foreground is only there to get extra light while the 12/12 is on.
Figure 1.1 (middle) is focused on the lemon haze in the middle.
Figure 1.2 (right) shows chlorosis and necrosis on a tier of lemon haze.

For soil I'm using a mix of 1/3 potting soil, 1/3 "rich" top soil, and 1/3 mixture of sand, styrofoam balls, and perlite.
Temp is 75-80 day time, 50-60 night time.
600W sHPS on 12/12
The only fertilizer I've been using since I began their 12/12 cycle about two weeks ago has been Elenor's vf-11 at the recommended concentrations. At one gallon it's concentration of npk is 0.0015, 0.0085, and 0.0055.
I water about every 5 days, though I know I could water less often, and use tap water which to my knowledge doesn't require a filter to for my friends and family to drink.

On another note, at this point I have, via a que-tip, hopefully pollenated two flowers on each of this ladies with a Sir Plushberry. Would you expect seeds to result from this, or was it done too soon? If you want any pictures lemme know; I love tending to these plants.
Any feedback rocks. Thanks!
