Lets say that my plant grew above the hps light fixture. Would it hurt the plant if the light was not above the cola's? What would happen?

if your plant grows above the tops wont be getting any light...

i recommend you look into SCROG setup, you will yield more

happy growing!

tie it down if you've run out of room. research LST (low stress training).

Yeah, I have looked at LST. I couldn't do anything until I finished my grow room. These two monsters grew up to eight feet almost the total size of my grow room. I'll take pics later, so if there is any problems, you old schoolers can school me on whats wrong. kiss-ass

I move the light as high as i could... You think it's too late? Sorry for the shitty pics. My high ass does not remember where the digi camera is. It's been growing above the light for 3 weeks I think. How bad is that?

How tall where they when you threw them into 12/12? like 2 1/2 ft? JW because i started flowering mine at 1 foot and its at almost 3 foot in like 1 week of 12/12:joint:

I moved it up, but didn't take pics because the light is on and i'm too lazy to turn it off

I was working on my grow closet while these bitches were under cfl growing. They were like 4 foot when i flowered them i expected double, but they just didn't stop. I don't have all the room in the world, but hey I made it work. Any suggestions except the side lighting I should do? LOL this setup took 1 month of building it little by little at 3 in the morning until it was finish. I just hope these bitches survive.

After viewing your piss poor pictures, ;) and with a clear head, some advise.
Everything below the HPS will be DANK, anything above will be week and sparse.
You may want to try some CFL's along the walls above your HPS.
Put some very reflective material on the sealing and hope for the best.
