As the others have stated, 600w is ok 1000W is overkill and is more likely to cause you light burn on the plants if you are not sure of heights - Too much light is bad and a waste of energy in general, light is food for plants, too much well, imagine what it does to people.
Atm i use 1x 300w + 1x 600w cause due to space I had to make them grow in a way the light coverage didn't manage to cover the entire canopy so I had to stick the 300w in the area where the PAR was less.
Here is a Light which works pretty well Viperaspectra PAR600

A member has been testing it recently and obtained good results.

Review of the PAR700 slightly more powerful than the PAR600 so you have an idea how it works with this review:
I personally would suggest for airflow use clip on fans to save space but due to their size get at least 2 in a way that the air flow crosses over eachother if they have a fixed position. A good air fan and carbon filter, the filter should be based upon the size of your grow tent, if the filters cfm is higher than required it isn't a bad thing 230-330 cfm should be ok.
The link below has a CFM calculator which can help you decide on the filter size, i'd go for 1 size more.

Nb make sure the fan for the filter is strong enough to pull the air through it, there are many kits online which give you the right fan based upon filter CFM and size, they usually include the Air Tube. Look at ebay or amazon.
If temperature is a problem increase airflow example in the attached picture, maybe add an airconditioner.
A PH Tester for water and Soil, a Tester for Humidity and Temperature, either a Humidifier or a Dehumidifier based upon your humidity level.
