The only thing that thing is OK at is the moisture reading, but I still wouldn't trust it.

You're not wrong it is the moisture meter that works the best.
The pH meter always reads 7.0 I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong with that one but ...
The fertility meter works if you have nitrogen in there.
And I use the light meter sorta kinda but since I have the app on my phone now with the diffuser and a piece of paper it ends up being a far better instrument.
It was the $6.93 or something like that

You shouldn't really need those. But it's cool to have them. I have some too from a few years ago when a hydro store guy hooked me up, but haven't messed with them. Just keep it simple.

I suppose so but I wanted them because I've never used these before.
Upon using it before planting my seedlings I was able to determine that my soil is definitely lacking in nitrogen but has plenty of phosphorus and potassium.
And I found the pH test to be a lot more accurate than the rod that I have.
I have a digital pH meter for watering, plus I was going to test the runoff water but there's no runoff water yet because my plants not big enough for that..lol.

Also these are two weeks from seed bro bro so you should really listen and work on your growing techniques. You’re way behind. 
And this was one of my plants from growers choice. Like I said, everything was smooth during grow but end result wasn’t as comparable to most. Not saying I’m the best grower by any means, but I was pretty on point with this grow.

He’s talking out of his ass bro. I never said that. I buy seeds by the 10 pack. In-house about 250 for 10. I’m just trying to explain to him but it’s pointless. The way his grow is going I’ll be all bad guaranteed. I grew three growers choice and had a buddy also. Check reviews on them from YouTube to google and you’ll see. Not hard to do research. Unfortunately, like him, I just went off what I could buy easiest off the net and that’s the first place that pops up that accepts credit cards. Everyone else is zelle or cash app. I’ve gotten from square one genetics and in-house genetics and both a incomparable to growers choice.
