NorthAtlanticSeeds card declined but still took my money

North Atlantic seed bank has some cyber Monday deals so i decided to place an order. Upon placing it told me card was declined and use a different card. Ok cool no problem was just going to transfer the money to a different card. But my money was still pulled from my card ! Now I can’t place an order and I’m afraid I might lose out on these cyber Monday deals! Any one have similar issues?

I used debit card with them multiple times - no sweat.

I've made multiple purchases using my cc and never had an issue.

So I just made a purchase with seedsman and it did the same to me with this card im using it’s also my first time using it and I found out it’s because the cards registered address is different from where im trying to get it delivered. But seedsman instantly reversed the transaction.

Never I just did a order last thur got it yesterday used a CC.
