You stated that Cheney did not make money off the Iraq war because he sold ALL his stocks before he took office. I stated he did not sell all his stocks...in fact he still had options that he did not sell until 2005. All stocks would included your options either they be "call or put" they are still considered stocks. So are you saying that if a person has stock options he does not have any stocks..lol
Options are NOT actual stocks London. An option is just a contract.

A "put" options allows you to sell your current STOCK at a set price. Cheney did just this.
