can i tie my fan leafs around the stem with zip ties so that the light goes to the bud sights?

Nice effort so far friend. you've got some stretch there. where your CFL lights are, can you notice more foliage down low ? looks like it in the picture, I would consider running those up a little higher at about 40 percent of the height of the plants, this is going to kind of explode with bud activity soon and you want to give it some supplemental light a bit higher for some of those nodes to start to bud up as well. looks like a great job so far though, you should be proud - I might also consider running that fan down low, blowing around the base of the pots, it will kind of vortex around the tent and give your stalks some good air for future prevention later when those sticks are weighed down with big yummy buds

as my nick implies I don't actually have too much mobility in my hands (pecking at keyboard is as good as it gets for me) but I think I can better describe for you for sure. Where your fan is located in the picture can you clamp your CFL's at 12 inches below that height but in the same position they are in? pretty much hallway up the plant. This is only my opinion but if you look at the location of your nodes placing CFLs there would better help get some light to those nodes to aid in more buds breaking out. I hope I explained that a bit better for you?
