Northern lights auto is drying

Well about 5 days ago I cut down my Northern lights auto and hung it up to dry, last night I grabbed a sample say 0.20 grams and even though it was not 100% dry it was still amusingly good. I gave my picky friend a small bud last night and he was just by asking for more today.
Not sure if he's BSing me but he said it was better than the crap he got from the dispensary last week. I do know what little I had knocked me out for the night and I still have a second plant almost ready to harvest and I hope it's as good.
