Northern Lights From Nirvana

I notice the Nirvana website says this strain has a flowering time of 7-9 weeks. I have never let any plants in 12/12 less than 9 weeks. Are they counting "flowering" as beginning after 12/12 (which it does)? Or can this strain really be ready to harvest in as little as 7 weeks of 12/12 light?

Anyone grown it? I'm talking indoors in hydro. Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

Growing it now and have grown it many times in the past. Mine usually finish in about 55-60 days from the onset of flowering, not from when flipped to 12/12. Looking to harvest around xmas. Flipped to 12/12 on 10/18 3 weeks from seed and they started truly flowering about 10/25. Soil grow Fox Farms Grow Big and Tiger Bloom....

Mine went to 12/12 on 10/13. I'll start looking at trichs with a microscope and go with that. 60 days in flower sounds good, I thought 49 was just too little.

Unless you like nap time harvest when mostly cloudy and even a few clear. Let them get many ambers and it becomes knockout weed! And dont be dissapointed with your harvest day test puffs. After a proper dry and a few weeks curing it really comes into its own....

I NEVER test until it is dried and cured for 30 days. I never weigh till then either. You're growing in soil I know, but I also wonder (for hydro) how many days it should be in plain water for a flush before harvest. I usually shoot for 7.

When I grow hydro i only do 3 days plain water. Flushing IMO is no more needed in hydro than it is soil. Plants eat what plants eat no matter how they are delivered....and +rep for being patient to wait, I do too....
