Northern Lights/Skunk...any growers w/input?

Starting my first grow with "store-bought" seeds. I got seeds from G13 Labs, Northern Lights/ Skunk feminized (not the site I ordered from, but the place the seeds were harvested). They said it has a huge yield . I only have room & pots & light for 2 plants at a time. Anyone else grow this before to know what I might expect for yield? The site said I can get up to 800g indoor. Isn't that a bit over the top? Although that would be great, I can't see getting pounds out of a plant...especially indoors under T5 bulbs. Respond with any input, even if you just heard of something about it.

I'll start a grow journal when I go to flower in about 3-4 weeks. They are 1 week old now and just out of the "ground" (coco noir).

Hey man, I am just starting to Germ some NL X "Brenda's" Skunk. Let's keep this thread going and update.
I am gonna veg under 2 100W CFL's, then switch over to HPS 400W. I am looking at 3 plants.
I am gonna be using the "Hempy Bucket method" for my grow, an easy Hydro setup.
I'll keep you posted and let you know how it goes. My seds are a year old, so I am doubtful of success, but who knows.... They have been stored properly, so I am hoping for sucess.
My plants I am hoping to yeilds 100-300gm per plant, but I am hopeful.....

Good idea, we can give each other a direction for next time too.

My system is as follows:
Grow room is only 2'X5'X8' tall
Auto-Pot grow system (wicking system)
Coco Noir (coconut husks) medium
Ionic "growth" formula nutes (bloom for flowering time)
Fan for building up stalk strength
Fish tank air pump to bring in fresh air
Veg stage is 24/24 lighting
Sunblaze fixture w/4 T5 24" bulbs
Ph level set to 5.5 (approx)

I can, and have, left this set-up alone for a period of 10 days when I went on vacation last year (just had to move light up to compensate for the growth), so it takes very little maintenance and time. Wifey doesn't know about grow room (I built an entire addition I said was my "workshop" just to build this room). She knows I smoke, but doesn't like it (Oh well). I wanted some really good smoke I didn't have to pay for...ergo-my own grow room. I've done 2 grows so far with just some good bag seed. Made a few mistakes I learned from and now I'm looking for some super smoke.

OK, I decided to start the journal now. Just to have ya'll follow and give input. Like--are they looking the way they should, or if ya'll notice something wrong...ie: color, drooping, too dry etc. Again, any input is good...Thanks in advance fellow grow junkies and I didn't forget about you mannurse801. We seem to be growing a similar strain, so if I, or you, make a mistake, or better yet, find something we did right, we can share info.

These are 2 weeks old tomorrow 1/17/09 (my birthday---no no no, don't make a fuss now). The first pic shows most of set up. Then close ups of my girls. Again, first grow with quality type seeds. Also, my first with feminized seeds. Is it really true that they are almost always female?

Sweet man, I have a journal started too, "A Nurse's Journey" it is called. A few of my seeds have just busted out a very tiny white bit, so I have a good 24-48 hrs before I plant anything in my rockwool. I'll keep you informed man for sure!!!

Thank you! Where'd you find my picture? These girls are still trying to hide from me...but I stalked...I mean tracked them down. That one in the brown bikini said she threw up in her mouth a little bit...lol

under T5 u should get about an OZ off of each plant with 1 month veg 1.5 months flower.And as for the 800G whatever the seed bank says don't believe it often times they wayyyy over exaggerate so you will buy there seeds

Guys I am also growing northern lights x skunk #1
i have got 4 on the go and this is my first ever grow, I'm using DWC and the kids are 4 weeks old.
I strengthened the stalks at 3 weeks with a fan as they got a bit lanky but they're all good now, they suffered from wind burn a bit as the fan stopped oscillating but they're growing well. Any advice you guys have I'd be keen to hear it, I'll keep you posted on the yield though!
