Northern Soul Fem Attitude/ First Time Hydro OHHH YEAAHHH!

Ok guys I know this is my first time but I have grown a couple times before in soil.

Today is day one Germinating most peoples advice would be to keep them in the dark but what I do is I set them in a humidity dome and cut light on and keep it on till I see a sprout then I will move my sun as close as I can get to leaves without burning or harming my plants.


In a couple of days I will add to this journal because this is just bringing out a whole other side of this whole thing TO EXCITED!

Note if your in a closet must have good ventilation or you will have awful heat problems im trying to fix them. I bought a fan and its down to 89 but it was at 100 before I think if i purchase one more fan I should be good assuming it will bring it down another 10 degrees. Still real excited but this heat is keeping me and my gorgeous girlfriend up and we still have to sleep its like a oven in here.

But just an update i poked around in the cube to look at seed and in only like 18 hours I can see a little white tail coming out of the seed but its not sprouted out yet.

Okay I have moved into a different room and dodged and played and said the right words to the renter. Anyways I ordered a monster tent 4 feet wide 4 feet deep and 6 and half high. I am looking for a bigger light I just have to get the funds hopefully santa will bring me some dough so that I can purchase one. Thinking a 600 or 400 prob 400 because just so much heat. Im adding 10 ml of flora micro, 20 ml of flora grow and 5 ml of flora bloom. So far so good its been 12 days since germination. This is what they look like so far.

Ok just a lil update before I pass out. Plants are doing great I purchased a 400 watt mh and hps light so I will be adding a lot more lumens which mean more bud. I also picked up a ph meter its works great and I am keeping my ph between 5.8 and 6.0. Will post a new pic soon plants exploded.

Its been 23 days and here is the update I have added a 4in can fan pulling air out hooked up to make a make shift air cooled reflector and I used a picture frame and it keeps it way cooler. But if you got the money go ahead and get the air cooled reflector temp is around 73. Still only under the 250 watt till tomorrow then we will have 650 watts YUMMMMMY! But here is the pic update.

Thank you sir but I just got the 400 watt today and without another can fan and two air cooled reflectors I will get root rot for sure today I did a four hour trial and my water temp got to 78 i sketched out cut the light off sadly like about to cry and put in the closet for after the first harvest. Then it will be game time the 3x3 table ebb n flow 650 watts I will be cruzin.

Day 33 still real excited enjoying all the knowledge im gaining from this. But update check it out tell me what you think took out other seedling the fertilizer was garbage so they failed me. Its all good here is a pic still rockin with the 250 watt got the 400 watt but having heat issuses which will be fixed with an air cooled reflector in about a month.

Hello journal so since the last time I had a tragedy the pole holding up the light it took one of my babies out but its ok. I learned how to use the system and im done talking about it. I still have the other northern soul tomorrow I will check and record height. It is under the 400 watt all by its self she looks really happy and recovered super fast after the fatal fall of the light. But who cares about this I have also started a lemon skunk, sour kream, and 3 more northern soul. They are on 24 hour light dont think im going to continue this because of rapid growth but idk. All seeds are femeinized and im using tap water now letting them sit open for 24 hours before I use. Also bought this cool little system so I will be having five plants growing soon yummy.RIP sexy momma

Jesus went through some trouble since the last time updated but its all gravy. My new reflector air cooled broke the support bar so I lost a plant it was no saving rip. But im flowering my fruits now and its looking dank. Its about a week of flowering and I also have a lemon skunk sour kreme and 3 more northern soul rolling right now vegging in a seperate room. I am only flowering under the 400 watt hps because it was to hot so I started a prepetual harvest. Here is a pic

I have a great update today I have added a veg room with two 5 gallon res and 5 drip rings its working well they are under a 250 mh. The strains are lemon skunk, dna sour kreme, northern soul 3x. The rooms are right next to each other but I rigged it with some special tent crap and added a zipper light is hanging from the ceiling same general hydro line up. I am 20 days into flowering the northen soul in a recirculating bucket. ITS a beast starting to spread out a lot it has tons of room check it.

Ok I am 3 and half weeks into flowering. Everything is going swell I put the inner bucket back down into the outer bucket because of height issues but its all gravy. Let me know what you think I just started to add some kool bloom by GH. Anyone know if that will actually thicken the buds or was it a waste of money. Comments and advice more than appreciated.
