Dunno, but I agree with the advice to wait. As I have 7 gals in a tub. All clones, from the same Mom and all sharing the same water, air, lights and nutes. Flipped 2 weeks ago. And even the almost dead one is showing nice flowers. But, one of the hardiest (best roots and healthy). Isn't showin' squat. Like yours, just some green pistils. So I'd say wait. Maybe it's a short bus candidate like mine? 
It has some nice branches. So when it does finally kick in, it should yield well (crosses fingers). I'd post pics, but they's sleepin' now. I'll add one tomorrow.

I am a complete idiot! I thought i hadn't a light leak, but i checked in the morning and saw a big one. I could see my hand in front of my face. I secured it and tomorrow will check again.. Now what? Hermie issues? Will the flowering period will be delayed? I am on day 18 since the switch to 12/12 any opinions? I have seen some little hairs growing but nothing much else..

Oh yeah, here's that 3rd week into flower (in shared housing..lol) gal, that still hasn't shown flowers. And the almost dead one (and all the others) that has. The non-flowering one is like 4 times the volume of the "a.d.o". Hope to see some white soon
