How old is it since it broke thru? Why do you guys think after I just transplanted yesterday.
These babys are 11 days old, but they seemed to be rooting rather well so i moved them. I checked the medium earlier and the meter said it was moist. How old is it since it broke thru?
Do you think if I added some co2 it woould help?you should be allright... looks like it will live to make someone's life better..
It's a pic I came across, and thought the same thing. It's just totally focused on that stuffed animalCute kid man!!!
Well rt now it's about 83 degrees in the room with 40% humidity and a fan going. I could shut the fan and raise the heat a little to about 87 or so and give my babys a little love that I'm sure they would love. Clear the lungs so to speak.???CO2 provides little to no benefit if you don't have all your conditions right. Adding CO2 should be the last thing you do to improve the grow.
With 83 already, I would not raise the heat but do whatever to bring it to 78 ... yeah I know, it's kinda hot today!Well rt now it's about 83 degrees in the room with 40% humidity and a fan going. I used root riot cubes to germ, soil wise I'm using FFOF 2/3 and Top soil 1/3and a few scoopes of perlite and some hydro balls on the base in smart pots 3gallon. The reason I transplanted was because the root were hitting the bottom of the 16oz cup I started with. Soil wise my moister meter said it was moist. I think I'll be ok. I just set up my lite mover so and watered the babys. And I did water on the outer part of the pot so the roots can chase the water. Will see what happens in a few days. Thanks for your input all you people on here are way cool!!!!!!!What soil are you using? might be too strong for your baby, since you transplanted a while ago and after 11 days only, did you make sure you had a big ass rooting system with thick and white white roots like centipedes? were the plant rooting in a cube or soil? I believe cube or we wouldn't have this burnt, would we?
At this stage, you still need to be very delicate, your baby still need a lot H2O to strive and it seems your soil is kinda dry, do not trust those meters, they are trash! get used to weight the container and get the feel.
Anyway, I would not worry too much ... no matter what you already scared the shit out of the plant, the only thing if it get worse, flush with ph water counting 3 time the volume of the container, it will help to make the soil softer. Take the opportunity to weight the container and feel how heavy it is, your next watering will be due when the container feels way lighter. in the mean time mist the plant foliage to retain moisture. You should see some foliage development very soon even if she's still in the stage of developing roots.
Next time, keep your seedling a little longer and make sure they have a lot of moisture.
I don't think so... if you're growing inside an apartment or house, there's probably a ton of CO2 in the air already. I heard you can use club soda in a spray bottle to mist leaves of a plant to help it out with CO2. Give it try.Do you think if I added some co2 it woould help?
I have a fan going were all 7 babys feel the breeze. And as we speak i think it was just the initial shock of the transplant that got them out of it. Well that 1 is still ahhhhh but the other 6 are looking good tonite. Nice color and just looking alive. And the light is 3 inches away. Hell even the Coletrain got color to it today even though it has 1 leaf.Hey, would you raise that lamp a little bit (20cm), must be hot down there! plus an excess of light will contribute to leech the plant, take it easy! Air circulation is so so important so get a fan too but make sure to keep your moisture high enough. You'll be fine!
