Not sure if its nutrient burn or zinc maybe?

Hey guys, I'm new to growing and I found this site pretty useful. I didnt even need to ask anything and I got where I am now.
The plant is about 1 month old I feed it tap water with nova grow from hydro solutions and adjust the ph with backing soda to 6.0. I give it about a cup of water when I start to see the top of the soil dried sometimes around 3 days. I gave both plants the same treatments, same soil, everything is shared from the same batch. the one plant is doing excellent as expected the other seems to be doing bad being about half the size of its sibling, shorter and slower growth of leafs, and well you can see from the pics. I cant figure out what it is nutrient burn or zinc deficiency. I flushed the soil and now I dont know what to add to the next watering or what ph to give it. I dont even know the strain.

Thx

all the leaves are dull in color starting to show burn spots where the yellowing is, started with the top leaves and worked its way down then worked up to the new growth. One leaf set seems to curl upwards but not sure if thats normal. The other plant does not do that.

Pic of my other plant . I see no problems in its growth.

Ok I think the burn on the new growth is from heat from the new lamp I added. I may have placed it too close
Edit: no its def not light burn cause I removed that lamp before that pic was taken and I looked this afternoon and its spread and on more leaves

your plant looks rather healthy imo its lacking nitrogen being your medium is soil i would try to keep ph anywheres from 6.4 to 7.0 anything less you will start locking out maintain you humidity around 65 in veg and slowly lowering as you head into flower
45 - 55
other then that for your lights place your hand right above plant if its to hot for your hands then its to hot for the plant make sure you got fans blowing on your plants to help in many ways
also good practice is to let soil dry out before watering plants do better in mediums dryer then to wet

good luck

The soil moist tested at 5.8 ph my water is 7.0 should I just give it raw water or should I ph it to 6.5 and use nutes? I hear irene now hope the lights dont go out

well lets get ph corrected so what i would do is flush your medium till your returns are a good 7.0
once you done that let is go for a day then next day add nutrients dont flood it just give it like 2 cups of nutrients then let medium dry out and then you should be back on track feeding every 4 - 7 days depending on uptake of your plant but either way 5.8 is way to low you need your soil to be min 6.4 to 7.0 for your plant to take up the nutrients thats why your leaves are lacking nitrogen well start of it
you did a good job by catching the problem quick

Note: if you have up''d your food program be carefull as low ph your plant didnt take it i would lower your food mixture as to not burn your plants

My nutes amount
N....7%
Phosphate...4%
Potash....10%
Cal.....4%
Mg.....1.5%
Sulfur....2%
B....0.01%
Cl....0.01%
Co......0.002%
Cu.....0.01%
Fe......0.1%
Mn....0.03%
Mo......0.003%
Zn....0.02%

I add 3 teaspoons to a gallon and I feed it about a cup or so from that batch

I just flushed the soil again now im getting 6.0 I flushed it with tap water at 7.2
Now they look like there dieing. should I keep flushing to get 7 or let them recover some

Also check the ph on the healthy plant and its at 5.8 too so now im confused why only this plant was affected

I measured the run off of the sick plant and its 6.0 now

Im so confused I hope I dont kill it

Well they look a bit worse they have more browning around the tips of the new growth and the older leaves r just browning more inbetween the viens anyone?

Ok....its been a few days and she still looks bad....I feel like I murdered her or something I feel terrible...
I flushed the sick plant until I got 6.2ph on the soil and the run off was the same I use distilled water with half the nutes and ph'd at 6.5 and she still seems to be whilting...while the other plant flourishes. The healthy one has 5.6 ph in the soil I flushed him too but it didnt do much but i give it the same batch nute with 6.5 and it really streched out. The lights are cool i can hold the bulb all day. here are some new pics

this is the healthier plant it just developed some spots like so. nute burn?

I added 2 zinc coated bolts just in case but no luck....the soil is still moist from the flush so i only fed it a lil...I also asked the plant dude at my local hydro shop and he said it might be cal and mg def. but he also recommended bringing the ph up first. The temp around them is 84 and i just ran out of ideas here i hope someone can guide me with their wisdom please.
if you need more info or pics let me know.
random details :
miracal grow soil with lots or prelite and sea bird guano and bat cave guano
under 6000 lumens aprox

I dont understand why one plant is doing better then this one....its like maybe genetics even though the seeds came from the same mother plant.

that's def burn in the last pic. stop watering. miracle grow has time release fertilizer want to guess what makes it release. water does. so stop you have way to much fertilizer for a plant of that size.

dont no mater what. theyll be fine. check in a week if they need water. if your not sure mist the leaves after a week. and give them a few more days i water mine once a week up tell i flower

will do....... so what about the discoloring inbetween the veins on the leaves and the browning. thats nute burn too? if someone can say yes to that then Ill feel 100 times better.
