not sure if this is burn or bugs?

We'll start easy.. is there anything flying near them? Namely black little fly-type bugs with almost transparent wings? Have you examined the underside of the plant(s) in question to look for spider mites? Are there new webs appearing that weren't there before? What is the pH of your medium, and what type of medium is it?

I did see a small flying bug in there today but it was only one. Looked under all the leaves for bugs, nothing that i can see on the plant or in the topsoil. Im using miracle grow organics this grow because its shit genetics. I haven't been checking the ph of the soil though.

Would check soil pH, sooner than later if at all possible.. and if it's aphid larvae, they're potentially 1-3 inches under the soil.. which is why I'd keep a close eye on it, and go with a peroxide drench to kill them all should more start to appear.

The tips of some your leaves look blanched or white or very light. The major damage resembles some splash burn really. Watch those leaf tips. Blanching can be a very early sign of nutrient overload.
