Not sure on deficiency

Temps: Night 65-68 Day 80-85
Humd: 30-50 depeding on day and if I forget to refill humidifier
Median: Pro Mix Ulitmate Organic
Nutes: FloraNova Grow fed once just at 290ppm CalMag 1.5ml per gal every water

Ok got a bag seed that is abour 15 days old right now and is a little down. I have 2 plants started right now both at the same time and both getting the exact same nutes, water ect. For some reason this one plant is a lil droopy. This pic was taken a few days ago when it recieved a small dose of nutes. The top part of the plant is a little bit more perky but 3/4 down is still droopy just not as bad. I thought it was a CalMag issue thats what my last 2 plants did when they had Calmag issues. This go around they have had calmag from the start. The other plant looks great it is a Nirvana Bubblicious. I have looked all over but everything mostly points to calmag besides the yellowing you see hasnt worked its way up anymore and kinda stopped on those leaves thankfully.

at this point i would say overwatering is your problem. Also don't worry too much about yellowing on those first set of leaves sometimes they drop them early.

Yea I'd say overwatering from looking at the pictures. I'd let it dry out a little, see if it improves, but like Downbytheriver said I wouldn't really worry too much at this point.

Overwatered.
Immediate fix is to transplant into a bigger pot of dry soil.

With overwatering I only water when it gets good and dry. I will keep a close eye on the watering on that one. I will let it dry out an extra day and see how it does. I planned on transplanting in the next few days. This pic was taken right after watering before that it was bone dry. I may have to transplant tomorrow if I can get the time.

Then again when it started to drop my humitiy was down around 20 so it was drying ontop fast maybe the bottom was still wet cause me to overwater

The bottom is about 50% open so penty of holes. Im gonna try to repot it into a 3 gal today or tomorrow

That could be it. Leaves will droop after watering. If you can, post pictures when drier.

I don't see anything wrong with them.

I will say ur problem is overwater with too much of fluctuation between night and day temps, and calmag in every watering. GL
