Not sure what the issue is.

We just transplanted our new clones. When we picked them up they looked pretty good. One had some yellowing on one side of two leaves we are not sure if its a water issue, nutrients, or burns. Three seem wilted with one really starting to look ill. Any advice would be much appricated.

Ph is 6.5 Temp is 75 degrees in a closed room with lights 14 inch above plants. Soil is potting soil 16 qts, sand 1qt, worm castings 20 lbs, peat moss 1 lbs, perlite 4 qts, 5 oz lime mixed well. They were pick up on 11/11 and transplanted on 11/17. We have been using distilled water. We are using a 400 watt mh bulb and 2 grow lights with 4 sunlight bulbs in a room about 3 x 5. The room is sealed with an fresh air vent from outside and a vent in the ceiling to pull the air through. We have not given the plants any fertilizer as of yet. It is very cold here so the vent from outside is low to the floor and barely open.

They look thirsty how did you check ph did you check the run off or the water going in?
Something is very off anyway like they are not getting any water my best guess is ph!

We checked the water going in and after watering have not had any run off. I thought they needed more water but my husband disagreed.

Update: Well we have gave them more water and they seem to be looking much better.
Earlier I said we were using a 250 watt, actually it is a 400 watt and we are using the m/h bulb, and will switch to hps during flower.
