Not sure how to fix the slight yellowing or if I should not be too worried

I’m probably wrong but I might see thrip spots on some fan leaves. Worth a check under the leaf for the little buggers. I don’t see much yellowing really.

could be magnesium, pH, also maybe looks environmental. is it hot? does the pot/soil have good drainage? get it up off the floor if you can. need a few more details.

1 tsp of epsom salt per gal for a couple of waterings --see if it improves.
