Not totally understanding the watering and feeding process

okay so even though i've been growing my 1st plant for over 3 months now.. i don't think i've been feeding or watering it correctly..

now I know NOT to overwater or underwater or overfeed or underfeed.

my question is.. when the nutes ask for say 1 tablespoon per gallon.. do you water the plant with the entire gallon?

same with the watering.. when you are watering do you water until you get a stream coming out the bottom?

thanks for any help clearing this up for mer

With watering and feeding, I water/feed until 10-15% comes out the bottom.

You can feed it the whole gallon of nutrient solution...if your pot calls for it. If you have a tiny 3" pot that you just started seeds in, obviously it won't need a gallon of water, but if it's in a 3 gallon pot, it will probably need a whole gallon. Just shoot for 10% runoff, and you'll be fine.

I water till I get runnoff from the bottom. Not a shitload of runoff but I like to see some runoff. Don't water the plant the whole gallon of nutes though. Just enough to get runoff.

right now its pretty much every 4-5 days.. i water pretty much when I can feel the pot being lite and out of water. I definalty don't have a problem with under or over watering.. i do wait til the soil is dry but not totally dry. I switch off water.... nutes.... water.... nutes.. I'm about to introduce Molasses to the water

the pot I have says 10 on the bottom but i don't think its 10 gallons. lol!

i seem to be watering correctly then because last watering i gave her a gallon and had a nice small stream coming out the bottom so 2/3 is probably the correct amount

ooh can't wait til this thing is done.. but i figure I got another month or 2
