not under watering not over watering ??? why is my plant wilting

at first I was thinking my plant was wilting kuz my dad over watered it when i was gone ...so i let it dry out I watered it and it looked good for like 2 days almost then it started wilting again,,,so i let it go bone dry again then watered again and its the same shit back to wilting never had this happen and im about to go in to flower soon... what you all think it can be the soil is still a little damp so its not under watering I know what that looks like and its not over watering........ my temps are 75f humidity been around 35 to 45 in getting plenty of fresh air in there don understand it at all....the soil ph reads the same as it did when i first watered it so i dont think ph has any thing to do with it,,, seams thats what every 1 blames every thing on is ph its not my ph i dont think

First never let it go bone dry. When you water after the soil is bone dry. Plants will droop for a few hours.

Keep in mind peat moss is hydrophobic. Meaning when it's bone dry it will repell water. So you have to let the soil / peat soak up that water. If there's lots of run off then water again but water slowly.

Pics would help more. If it's any other causes.

Some strains tend to stay droopy when root bound too..

Water temps seems to be fucking everyone I know right now. Too low of temps coming out of tap. Check water temps. Mines coming out at 56-61 degrees right now. Way too cold for a plant.

I jut did that kuz i was thinking it was over watering dont always let it go bone dry, my plants get watered every 3 or 4 days 5 or 6 days they bone dry... im using ffof with some of that white rock added to it i cant spell it so there white rocks lol..... i will poast pictured hold on

Oh my bad was on the mobile and it looked like the drainage trays were pots. Are they sitting in the drainage water?

Well droopy plants can be either plants are to cold , over watering and under watering , soil to compact soil to hot ph could also effect things ... Insects or strain related only you can start by going one by one into
you mention you let water sit out for 3 days WHY ??? that alone can start causing you issues by water born pathogens ,, And forget about chlorine thats why your letting it sit out ,, TBH and contrary to popular belief ...
Chlorine is a crucial element for plant health

i been leaving water out like that for a while now and i usually do pretty good...i dont know what is going on plants seam to be doing ok now.i also add a little peroxide to my water ..
