We used Pepto for it's salicylic acid and coating ability. Emetrol is sugar and phosphoric acid you get that from the Coke and the Coke gives you caffeine. You need the caffeine to stop the vasodilation. This is a finely tuned recipe assembled by residents over years of practice, it works. Each item was selected and tested over and over and over! LOL
Anytime you think whatever is in danger of a return performance add 7 UP. It makes anything easy to regurgitate. Mix with plenty of water too (you want to dilute the acid), masticate everything well.
