That's a massive unfounded generalization. Most atheists share very few common beliefs and believe them to different degrees. It's not like religions where everyone believes the same thing. Certain things about atheism are facts, so from the perspective of religious people, seem dogmatic.
I am positive that no religion is proven to be true. Just like I'm positive the earth revolves around the sun. That isn't worse than any religion, it's a true statement.
